i wish i could blame T, but...
i've looked into it, and for ONCE, he's not the problem (hah). the only common thread in the issue is all the people having problems are firefox users. seems the "autoplay" attribute in HTML is originally a netscape creation picked up by IE. mozilla did not incorporate it into their code when they made firefox, so it doesn't recognize it. when your HTML reader doesn't recognize something, it can do one of two things, crash or ignore it. for aesthetic purposes (and probably the fact that HTML is primarily self-taught so standard coding protocols aren't strictly adhered to), firefox chooses to ignore the attribute rather than crash. for us firefox people out there, you'll have to download this extension. it gives you the option to load the video in the background and play at your leisure or to not load it at all until you hit play, then stream it. hope that helps.
ChumpAssFool can correct me on any obvious misstatements i might have above. ironically, I'M self-teaching myself HTML from the HTML Black Book, so that is my source of info. later kiddies.

Boyz at Mansfield
The B-Town Boyz (sans Z) went to the Nascar Craftsman Truck Series race in Mansfeild, Ohio yesterday. I only got two pictures, but the two I got went VERY well together, especially when animated.

Boyz at the Track
It's been quite a while since my last post. So what better time to get off my lazy ass and post something than now? In commemeration of the BTBz reunion at a race this upcoming weekend, I'm (finally) posting "Boyz at the Track," a flash presentation I completed prior to the Bristol race, but originally had problems posting.
Please note, this is a large file (approx. 7 MB), so it will take a while to load. Do not even attempt to click on the link below if you don't have broadband. If the "click here to begin" message appears, wait until the progress bar on your browser indicated that everything is loaded, or it will cut out in the middle of the presentation.
So now, I present to you, the first installment of Low Quality Video: Boyz at the Track

Because only Stoners watch "The Price is Right"
This is what I would do if I was on 'the price is right'. Everybody got the joke. Even Bob.
funny fedex
a buddy of mine sent me an animation of the fedex planes trying to land at the memphis hub ahead of an incoming thunderstorm. i just thought it was bad as hell watching those things line up and cut through clear patches in the storm. made me think of 'pushing tin', good ol' john cusack, billy bob and angelina. *sigh*
check it out here (and don't forget to push the 'play' button).

Man down! Man down!
If T was SMASHED! then I don't know what to call this.
Z seemed a little lonely, so some friends came over to keep him company. Here's proof.
Hope you enjoyed the pictures. Hope we have the chance to take more drunken pictures next weekend. Sorry for the poorly cropped pics. My mouse crapped itself so I only had the keyboard to work with.

After a Long Awaited Absence...
I have brought to you the newest edition of the "Health-O-Meter". Inspired by Z's story of life in India, I have surmised an itinery of Z's day, with possible health ratings of Z's physical stamina throughout the day. This is not a scientific study like the past (T's Health-O-Meter), since I was not physically unable to observe Z. But based on prior experience with the subject, I conclude this chart is accurate. Most data was gathered by prior observations of Z drunk at parties, NASCAR races, and strip bars. Other data was pulled off of the subjects online diary at http://slyght.blogspot.com/ .

GREAT MOMENTS IN CONTROVERSY, PART II
al-zarqawi is a pussy. WTF buddy? you just don't make a highlight reel to use as propaganda to recruit terrorists. you make a video that shows that you know what you are doing so there is no need for outtakes. and if by some strange occurrence, it's possible that there is video evidence of you being so incompetent that you can't figure out a jam in the gun that you are trying so hard to look menacing with, destroy the video. hell, you are crazy, kill the guy holding the camera too. HELP me, HELP me. al-mama told me i can put an eye out with these things. i'm afraid to let go, it might bite me, HELP me!
we can't take you seriously in your British Knights. they aren't exactly ideal freedom fighter footwear unless you plan on fighting freedom on inner city basketball courts in the early 1990's. and i'd have to side with the writers at the daily show with jon stewart, you aren't really putting on a face of menace and intimidation, you're just putting on more face. you are getting a bit pudgy since the last time we saw ya. maybe someone should get you to dance, by shooting a gun at your feet, maybe. al-arsehole. praise allah.

That's African Heritage
Diversity is strong at the Ohio University campus. Here is a photo of the St. Clairsville High School and Middle (too young to date) School instrumental music department's African Drum and Dance Ensamble. They took part in the Ohio University's 'Heritage: A Celebration of African Culture through the Arts'in Athens, Ohio. I hear Hocking Hill College also wanted them to perform, but out of fear for their lives, they decided not to.
Also, news on FLY GUY. He is a high school teacher in Lancaster, Ohio. He will be attending the reunion.

Back in the Day with Big C
Screw Junior. I like the title and I'm making it my own .
Thank you for reading the first edition of Back in the Day with Big C. I will post deep, soul searching thoughts as I recall fond (or unfond, but probably fond. maybe some fondle memories but I don't have that many) memories from BACK IN THE DAY...
I remember, back in the day, at OU, there was nothing better than starting your drinking anytime between 3 and 4 in the afternoon on a warm Friday in the spring. Either it was going to Taco Salad night at Nelson Dining Hall drunk, or going outside to throw the baseball around drunk, (Rob was good for at least one thing) or cooking out on a charcoal grill on West Green, drinking beer out of coffee travel mugs. Oh, and then there was an ENTIRE evening of more drinking to look forward to. There's something magical about being drunk before eating dinner on a warm Friday in spring, but only if you are drunk with someone else. Back in the day, it was easy to find someone to get drunk with before dinner on a warm Friday in spring... back in the day.

Reason #858373 to give up on the Miami Dolphins...
Joey Harrington is a Dolphin. After being a Lion and a Duck. He might have better success if he tries out for the Mighty Ducks. I heard Teemu Selanne needs someone to sharpen his skates.
Maybe Daunte Culpepper will have a sex boat party to welcome the new fellow NFC North quarterback to the team.
Daunte: "Yo, maybe Rickey left some pot we can smoke while doing these chicks from the backside."
Joey: "Dude, dial up Randy Moss. You used to be boyz, right? I know he gots some weed. Make that shit happen."
Thank you.

My next attempt
My next attempt is to download the entire internet. I am getting tired of the 1 or 2 second wait to load up a web site. I am just going to put the entire internet in my cache so I will not have to wait for sites to load.
The process is long and tedious and will keep me from posting for a while; but in the end, the worth will be tremendous. Thanks to the new beta version of Internet Explorer, my dream will come true. After I fully download the internet, I will back it up on DVD, so if anyone wants copies, let me know.

topic 2/3 - B-Town in the news again
as the day has progressed i've run across three things i've found blog-worthy. coincidentally, i have three blogs that i (co)author, so i'll assign one topic to each. here we get a local B-Town headline that i found while checking my daily bloglist.
i don't follow the news back home very often. i don't check local news websites, CNN.com is about the best i go to. but there is a site i go called Attu Sees All to just about every day because he SCOURS the internet for news, gadgets, random interesting notes. coincidentally, emma and i were reading it at the same time today, when she's like "is that YOUR bellaire?". see, a couple months ago on ASA, i saw emma's home town, asked her the same thing, and it was on there for being in the guinness book of world records for the largest commercially available pizza. interesting. so she sees B-Town mentioned on ASA, and i hover over the link to see it is from wtov9... yup, that's MY bellaire.
apparently, some B-Town Pedophilez decided they wanted to play a game called "donkey kong" which entailed hooking up with underage girls, and these aren't "almost legal" underage girls. great town, eh? i don't recognize the one listed name, though he's about The B-Town Boyz' age, hopefully he's one of the salvation army transients so we can say we just imported him rather than we raised him. the other guy wasn't named because he's already in jail for something else.
you can click on the link above to see the Attu post and that has the wtov9 link.

What am I doing???
I decided that there is not enough internet traffic on the Btown Boyz site so in order to generate more I decided to get controversial. What better way to gain web site hits than display an artists rendering of Muhammad. I know there might be some downsides to this display, like a holy war being waged on the Boyz, but at least the millions of Isamisists will check out the site. And if we don't show it, then the terrorists win. And life is precious, and God, and the Bible.

Shhhhhh.... He's Sleeping
What's up now, beeatch?
Maybe the horse was talking smack...
Ohio football player charged with hitting police horse
Associated Press
ATHENS, Ohio -- An Ohio University football player has been charged with smacking a police horse while officers were directing students away from a brawl outside a bar.
Twenty-one-year-old Corey Logan pleaded not guilty yesterday in Athens Municipal Court and denied intentionally hitting the horse. The 233-pound junior tight end from Columbus said the animal bumped him with its head on Saturday, and he flinched and accidentally hit the horse with his elbow.
But Athens police officer Randy Gray, who was riding the horse named Chip, said Logan struck the horse between the eyes with the heel of his hand.
If convicted, Logan could get 90 days in jail and a $750 fine.
